Glitter and Be Gay

Leonard Bernstein is arguably the greatest American composer of the 20th century and he left behind some of Broadway's greatest music. We are thrilled to bring it to you in Glitter and Be Gay: Leonard Bernstein's Broadway. Not only will we perform songs from On the Town, Wonderful Town, Candide, and his masterpiece, West Side Sttory, but we will also feature some offerings from his songs for his Mass, Peter Pan, and his last Broadway effort, 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.Songs include Tonightt, Maria, Glitter and Be Gay, Ohio, It's Love, I Can Cook Too, and the original New York, New York. In this Valentine's time of year, join us for our valentine to the brilliant Leonard Bernstein!

Paul Hope is joined by the talented Seth Daniel Cunningham, Brian Chambers, Chelsea Lerner, Lauren Salazar, Whitney Zangarine, Tamara Siler, Grace Givens, and Richard Paul Fink. Guest appearances by Susan Shofner, Theresa and Kevin Cooney. Music Direction by Steven Jones. On violin is Zachary Montasser.
